ORDERS

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders are processed and cannot be changed.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Please contact us immediately at support@redeemedclub.com.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Standard shipping times vary between 3–7 business days (U.S.) depending on location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates will vary based on destination.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• With tags attached

(This mirrors standard premium streetwear policies where returns are time-limited and condition-based.)

Are all items eligible for return?
No. The following are final sale:

• Limited drops

• Sale items

• Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — exchanges are available for size or item swaps (based on availability).

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How do your items fit?
Our pieces are designed with a modern streetwear silhouette — often slightly oversized. Please refer to the size guide on each product page.

Will sold-out items restock?
Most Redeemed Club drops are limited and may not restock. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
